Your people, trained on the real thing.

AI Training & Enablement

AI training only changes anything when people practise on their own work. We run half-day, hands-on sessions using your real documents, your real processes and the tools you have licences for, plus executive briefings on where AI pays off, where it does not, and what to ignore.

Executive briefing: what to adopt, what to ignore
Hands-on team workshops on your own workflows
Safe-use policy and guardrails included

Why most AI training does not stick

The standard session covers what a large language model is, demonstrates a few prompts on generic examples, warns about hallucinations, and ends. Everyone leaves mildly impressed. Two weeks later, usage is where it was, because nobody practised on anything they actually do.

The gap is not knowledge, it is transfer. People do not need to understand transformers. They need to have already used the tool successfully on the exact document they will face on Tuesday, and to know what to do when it gets something wrong.

So our sessions are built backwards from your work. We ask for real examples before the session (the report someone writes fortnightly, the emails that eat a morning, the document review nobody enjoys) and the workshop is spent on those.

The formats we run

Executive briefing · 90 minutes

For leadership. What the technology can and cannot currently do, where the returns are real in your industry, what the governance obligations are, how to read a vendor's claims, and which decisions are worth making this year versus deferring. No live coding, no jargon, and a straight answer on the things being oversold.

Team workshop · half day

For the people doing the work. Hands-on, using your tools and your documents. Everyone leaves with several prompts and patterns that work on their own recurring tasks, and a clear understanding of where the tool must not be trusted.

Function-specific workshop · half day

Focused on one function (finance, operations, sales, HR, service delivery) with content and examples drawn from that function's actual workload. Deeper than the general session and usually the one that produces the biggest change in behaviour.

Follow-up clinic · 60 minutes

Two to four weeks later. People bring what they have tried, what broke and what they cannot get to work. This is the cheapest session we run and consistently the one that converts curiosity into habit.

What we cover

  • Getting a useful result first time: context, examples, constraints and format
  • The tasks these tools are good at, and the ones they quietly are not
  • Verifying output: what must be checked, how, and by whom
  • Working with your own documents safely, including what must never be pasted
  • Where the tool sits in a process, versus where a person still has to
  • Building a reusable prompt library so good results are repeatable, not lucky
  • Recognising a confidently wrong answer, which is the skill that matters most

Safe use is not a separate module

Data handling is taught inside every exercise rather than as a compliance slide at the end. People remember the rule that stopped them mid-task far better than the one on slide forty.

Tools we train on

We train on what you have licences for, not what we prefer. In practice that is usually Microsoft 365 Copilot, Anthropic's Claude, and whatever AI features are already embedded in the line-of-business systems your team uses daily, which are often the highest-value and least-known capabilities in the building.

If you have not chosen a tool yet, we will help you choose one before the training rather than train your team on something you then do not buy.

What you get

  • An executive briefing tailored to your industry and your systems
  • Hands-on workshops built around your team's actual work
  • A prompt and pattern library for the tasks your team does most
  • A safe-use policy covering what may go into which tool
  • A short internal guide your team will keep using afterwards
  • A follow-up session to work through what people hit in practice

Best fit when

  • Teams with Copilot or Claude licences and little to show for them
  • Leadership teams who need to make AI decisions without a technical background
  • Businesses rolling out a sanctioned AI tool and wanting adoption to stick

Frequently asked questions

Do you train on Microsoft Copilot or Claude?

Both, plus the AI features inside your existing business systems. We train on what you are licensed for. If you have not decided yet, we will help you pick first. Training a team on a tool you do not end up buying is worse than no training.

How many people can attend a workshop?

Hands-on sessions work best at twelve to twenty. Beyond that people stop practising and start watching, which defeats the point. Executive briefings scale further because they are a conversation rather than an exercise.

Can you run this remotely?

Yes, and a good share of our sessions are remote. We are on the Gold Coast and run in-person sessions across South East Queensland; anywhere else in Australia, remote works well provided the group is small enough for everyone to participate.

Do you provide materials we can reuse?

Yes. You get a short internal guide, the prompt and pattern library built during the session, and the safe-use policy. All of it is yours to circulate, adapt and use for onboarding new staff.
