We are actually here
Our office is at 15–17 Millennium Circuit, Helensvale, a few minutes from the M1, which matters more than it sounds. A meaningful share of the value in this work comes from sitting with a team while they do the job, watching where the process actually stalls. That is a different engagement when it costs half an hour rather than a flight.
For Gold Coast clients that means we come to you for discovery, we are on site when a system goes live, and the follow-up conversations happen face to face. We work with businesses right across Australia remotely and do it well, but proximity changes the opening stretch of an engagement.
The Gold Coast economy we build for
The Gold Coast is not a branch office of Brisbane. It has its own economic shape, and it drives the kind of work we get asked for here.
Construction and trades
One of the country's most concentrated construction corridors, from the Coomera and Yatala industrial belt to the high-rise work along the coast. Quoting, progress claims, subbie compliance and safety documentation dominate the enquiries we get locally.
Owner-operated SMEs
The Gold Coast skews heavily toward businesses of five to fifty people where the owner is still in the operation daily. There is no head office to route a project through, which makes engagements faster to start and demands a return that shows up quickly.
Health, allied health and NDIS
A large and growing community services and allied health sector, carrying the documentation load that comes with it: progress notes, incident reporting, claims and worker compliance.
Tourism, hospitality and events
Highly seasonal, with administrative load that spikes hard rather than averaging out. Automation has to be sized for the peak week, not the median one.
Professional services
Accounting, legal, engineering and consulting firms serving the above, with the same leverage problem every professional firm has: expensive hours spent on work no client would pay for.
Manufacturing and distribution
The Yatala and Molendinar industrial areas hold a substantial manufacturing and wholesale base still receiving a large share of its orders as PDFs and emails.
How a Gold Coast engagement runs
A conversation, in person if you want one
Thirty minutes to work out whether there is anything here worth doing. We are happy to come to you anywhere between Coomera and Tweed. If there is nothing worth building, we will say so. It is a shorter conversation and it costs you nothing.
Discovery, on site
Time inside your operation, much of it physically in your business watching the work happen rather than hearing it described. You come out of it with a clear picture of how the work moves, a ranked shortlist of the areas worth attacking, and a recommended next step.
Whatever the right next step turns out to be
Sometimes advice or a process change, sometimes training, sometimes a build. Where we do build, the checkpoint conversations happen in person rather than on a call. It sounds like a small thing. It is the difference between catching a misunderstanding in week one and catching it at handover.
Handover and whatever comes next
Documentation, training for the people who will run it, and a standing offer that we are twenty minutes away when something changes.
Where we work across the Gold Coast
We work with businesses across the entire Gold Coast and the northern Tweed, from the Coomera and Yatala industrial estates through Southport, Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, down through Robina, Varsity Lakes and Burleigh Heads to Currumbin and across the border into Tweed Heads. We also work regularly with Brisbane and Sunshine Coast businesses, and remotely Australia-wide.
Frequently asked questions
Do you meet with Gold Coast clients in person?
Yes. We are based in Helensvale and meet Gold Coast clients face to face as a matter of course: for the first conversation, throughout discovery, and at build checkpoints. Being able to sit with a team while they work is a large part of why our engagements start with observation rather than a questionnaire.
What size Gold Coast businesses do you work with?
Typically five to two hundred staff. Below five, off-the-shelf tools usually solve the problem more cheaply and we will tell you so. Above two hundred the work is still a good fit, there are simply more stakeholders in the room.
How much does AI consulting cost on the Gold Coast?
Every engagement starts with discovery, scoped and priced to the size of the question and agreed before any work begins. Whatever it recommends is priced as its own defined piece of work once we know what it should be, and a build is quoted as a fixed scope. We do not run open-ended hourly arrangements.
Do you work with Brisbane and Sunshine Coast businesses too?
Regularly. South East Queensland is a single working area for us. Brisbane is an hour up the M1 and we are on site there often. We also work remotely with clients across Australia, on Australian time.
